A:Literally, we can produce as long as customer needs. To fit better into a 40HQ container, we suggest the maximum length is 11.8m.

9 Q:How long is the service life of the carved panel?

A:The official service life of the panel is 40-50 years. It has been tested and relevant test reports can be provided. 

 

10 Q:Is the carved panel easy to install, can it be installed without construction?

A:The carved panel is equipped with a mother-and-child port, which can be fixed by inserting a flat-head screw or a flat-head drill tail wire according to the mother-in-one port. 

 

11  Q:What is the insulation effect of the carved panel?

A: The main thermal insulation material in the carved panel is polyurethane. The thermal conductivity of polyurethane is 0.03W/(m•k). 16mm thick carved panel is equivalent to the insulation effect of a brick wall of about 10 cm.

 

12 Q:How to maintain the metal carved panel during use?

A:  a. Pay attention to the vertical when moving, it is easy to break when moving horizontally. You need to go from top to bottom when taking it out of the carton.

    b. When cutting, cut from the bottom aluminum foil paper to the galvanized sheet. After cutting, pay attention to timely cleaning the dust around the cutting surface. After installation, the surface must be cleaned to prevent the cutting iron chips from rusting on the surface.

    c. Avoid scratches and collisions with sharp objects during installation.
