PUF panels are typically factory-made units that consist of an insulating layer of rigid PUF between two layers of metal sheet. It is highly suitable for faster construction, energy-saving, and economical in cost.

The core of the panel is rigid foam which is formed by a controlled reaction between two ingredients i.e an ISO CYNATE AND POLYOL.

Manufactured through a high-pressure injection process in an automatic hydraulic press.

Injected polyurethane insulation average density 40kg/m3.
